We have used the Tool Time Book to teach a 2-Day problem solving class to business healthcare, education and government. Once the organization relates to the 9-step process and the PDSA Cycle the tools become pictures of the process story board. We use the Tool Time Book in our monthly network meetings because it is so easy to understand with great examples. The matrix in the front is an outstanding way to guide teams to the proper tool as it corresponds to the 9-step process.
